The games Snatcher and Policenauts show as much magnetism as repulsion. Both atypical games in the ludography of the publisher Konami, they benefited from little influence in the West,
the fault of a confidential distribution in Europe and the United States.
Only the Mega-CD version of Snatcher has been translated and distributed outside of Japan, which is still better than the Policenauts case which, despite the many media that hosted it, never went beyond Japanese borders.
